Dennis White, Ed.D. is President and CEO of SoCAFE. His doctoral degree is in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University. He also holds a Master of Arts in Public Affairs from the University of Iowa. During a diverse working career spanning more than four decades, Dr. White has been a soldier, police officer and police chief, entrepreneur, college teacher, and civil servant. He began his college teaching career in 1975, and has been both a full-time and adjunct professor of Criminal Justice, Organizational Leadership, and Business Administration since that time. |

Rochelle Santopoalo, Ph.D., RN is SoCAFE’s founder and senior faculty consultant. She was the organization's president and chief executive officer from 2007 - 2010. Rochelle has taught in business, management, and education at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral level. She holds a doctoral degree in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA. In addition, she earned a Masters in Business Administration (Keller Graduate School of Management, Chicago, IL), a Masters in Organizational Development (Fielding Graduate University), and a Masters of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University (DeKalb, IL). |

Debbie Santopoalo oversees finance and accounting for SoCAFE. Debbie is founder of LinkedIn’s professional network group, Adjunctpreneur, where adjunct faculty from around the world are connecting. Debbie has over 20 years experience working for a variety of companies including insurance, office supplier, aviation, CPA, investment services, wholesaler. She successfully launched and operated a small business focusing on custom household decorations, and is currently responsible for accounting & member services at a local Chamber of Commerce. Her ability to manage a variety of work environments allows our organization to be effective and efficient. She enjoys taking on new challenges and using her creativity whenever possible. |
